Cristalino Lodge offers a Brazilian menu prepared by Chef Fábio Vieira, using a spontaneous blend of flavors from typical Amazon cuisine, including açaà berry, tucum palm, tucupi (cassava broth), puxuri (Amazon nutmeg), Brazil nuts, cocoa and cupuaçu. One of the guest's favorite dishes is tambaqui (pacu fish) baked over charcoal and served with puxuri and a vegetable sauce.
