Ideally, walking clothes should be light and allow the body to breathe without difficulty. Clothing that provides sun protection is also a great idea. We recommend that you wear neutral colors, such as shades of beige, green or gray, and avoid strong or bright colors, such as bright orange, red or white, so as to increase the chances of observing the wildlife. Remember to bring long socks -, as we reccommend wearing them over the pants. Suggested brands include: Columbia, North Face, Timberland, Curtlo, Kailash and Quechua.

The Cristalino Lodge has signed up to the Pack for a Purpose initiative, which encourages travelers to bring with them contributions for the local communities in the destinations they visit. You can help the local communities with which the Cristalino Lodge works, in partnership with the Cristalino Foundation, by bringing small items such as school books, drawing equipment, soccer balls, clothing and musical instruments. See the list of useful items on the Pack for a Purpose website. These items are optional and are donated to ongoing educational activities. Thank you for your help!
